I had an amazing two-week stay at R Hotel. The owner and staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even upgraded our room for free! The daily housekeeping was impressive. Fresh towels, water, and even the trash were taken care of each day. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities like AC, WiFi, and a mosquito net on the window. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable. The shared kitchen was always clean and well-equipped. There were free parking spots available as well. The hotel's location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. the hospitality at R Hotel was outstanding.

The staff, especially Mr. Kim, were friendly and able to communicate in Chinese and English. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. I appreciated the daily cleaning service and the availability of free toothpaste, shampoo, and body lotion. The hotel also provided free breakfast with a variety of food options, ensuring a good start to the day. it was a great value for money and I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

During our stay at R Hotel & Guesthouse, we were delighted by the convenient location, just a short walk away from the Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal. This made it easy for us to explore all the attractions outside of the city. The helpful staff provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and things to do, making our trip even more enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and tidy, with a flat TV offering plenty of channels for entertainment. The self-service breakfast had a nice variety, including delicious clam congee and toast. Despite some minor drawbacks like the limited breakfast hours and occasional noise from the fridge and room door, we had a pleasant experience overall. I would definitely recommend R Hotel & Guesthouse to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Jeju.
